There are so many components to finding ‘fitness and wellness’ each year it can be overwhelming to set a goal what to work on first.
The science tells us that at least one of each of our resolutions in the New Year is to do better in one of these areas listed in the image above.
But resolutions can be short lived. That’s why I’m posting today because today is ‘Quitter’s Day’.
Ever heard of it??
I restacked a comment in my notes earlier today here:
I feel compelled to restack this today, the second Friday in January, also known in some media circles as ‘Quitter’s Day’. This is the day people are predicted to abandon their set resolutions.
Well don’t quit! Because if you quit you lose. Have faith and hope, but hope alone is not a plan. Have a plan, then a backup plan not to quit.
I then offered a suggestion on how you can plan to keep your workouts going at home when you just are simply making excuses why you can’t get to the gym.💪

Take the first step of stacking a few simple health habits together and go for the easy hacks first. Like the one I mentioned earlier,
Have a backup plan for home you stick to when the act of actually getting to the gym seems hard for any and all reason (aka excuse) you give.
