Warm-Up Sequence Review
Mobility Exercise One: Isometric Quads
Sit straight in a chair with both feet on the floor.
With the weight through your heels, push into the floor as you breathe out and feel your muscles tighten under your hands.
Relax and repeat.
Mobility Exercise Two: Active Neck Rotation
Position yourself in a tall sitting or semi-reclined position.
Tuck your chin in and turn your head to one side for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Repeat on the other side.
